How we work

Our work centers on healing, accountability, and community connection — offering pathways that reduce system involvement, support victims and survivors, and strengthen Richmond as a whole.

  • Restorative justice is a way to fix harm by talking it out instead of just punishing.

  • Everyone involved gets to share what happened and how they feel.

  • The person who caused harm takes responsibility and helps make things right.

  • The goal is to help people heal, understand each other, and move forward.
