Who You Can Refer
Youth and young adults (typically ages 12–25)
Victims and survivors seeking a healing process
Families and support people involved in the incident
School-based incidents, community harm, and certain nonviolent offenses
Some felony cases (evaluated individually for safety and readiness)
Cases are considered based on:
Safety and emotional readiness
Voluntary participation
Acknowledgment of harm (not necessarily legal guilt)
Case type and context
Court or school timelines

What to expect after submitting the form
We will reach out in 2-3 business days
RRJ prioritizes time sensitive diversion cases and collaborates closely with partners to meet required deadlines.
Intake & Screening
RRJ reviews the referral, contacts participants, and assesses readiness.
Restorative Justice Conference
A facilitated dialogue where participants discuss what happened, how people were impacted, and what repair is needed.
Pre-Conference Preparation
Facilitators meet individually with the harmed party, responsible party, and any supporting participants.
Follow‐Up & Accountability Check Ins
RRJ monitors progress, supports compliance, and provides outcome documentation.
