What to expect after submitting the form

We will reach out in 2-3 business days

You have our word that throughout this process, RRJ will prioritize safety, respect, confidentiality, and trauma informed care. You will always have a voice, and you will never be asked to participate in anything you’re not ready for.

Support the entire time

Complete our Service Request Form to begin the process. Not sure where to start? Submit a General Inquiry and our team will guide you.

We Reach Out

An RRJ team member will contact you to learn more about your situation and explain the next steps. This first call is brief and focused on making sure you feel supported.

The Conference

When everyone is ready, RRJ brings participants together for a guided conversation about what happened, how people were affected, and what repair should look like. The goal is healing and accountability — not punishment.

Individual Preparation

You’ll meet one on one with a trained facilitator. These private meetings help you understand the process, share your concerns, and prepare for the conference or circle.

Follow‐Up Support

After the conference, RRJ checks in to support the agreement, answer questions, and make sure everyone has what they need to move forward.
