What types of cases qualify?

Non‑violent offenses, school‑based incidents, community harm, and some felony cases (case‑by‑case).

Is participation voluntary?

Yes. All participants must be willing to engage and acknowledge the harm that occurred.

How long does the process take?

The entire process may take place over multiple months

• Intake: 30–45 minutes

• Pre‑conference/ circle meetings: 60–90 minutes

• Conference/ Circle: 2–3 hours

• Follow‑ups: 30–60 minutes
