Yes. All participants must be willing to engage and acknowledge the harm that occurred.
How long does the process take?
The entire process may take place over multiple months
Intake: 30–45 minutes
Pre‑conference/ circle meetings: 60–90 minutes
Conference/ Circle: 2–3 hours
Follow‑ups: 30–60 minutes
