What we do
Our work centers on healing, accountability, and community connection —
offering pathways that reduce system involvement, support victims and survivors, and strengthen Richmond as a whole.
Restorative justice is a way to fix harm by talking it out instead of just punishing.
Everyone involved gets to share what happened and how they feel.
The person who caused harm takes responsibility and helps make things right.
The goal is to help people heal, understand each other, and move forward.
